With over 15 years of experience in civil engineering and architectural design, Chris brings a rare blend of technical precision, creative problem-solving, and leadership to the Modulus team. As an Architectural Associate Designer, he draws on an extensive background in CAD systems administration, workflow optimization, and standards governance to enhance efficiency and design excellence across every project.
Before joining Modulus, Chris served as CAD Technologist and Administrator for a large engineering firm where he managed multi-platform design systems supporting more than 100 users. His expertise in system integration, template creation, and custom tool development has streamlined production workflows and elevated design consistency across disciplines.
Chris’s career spans key roles in architectural project management and residential design with leading homebuilders in Texas, as well as experience in technology development and client support. He is deeply committed to advancing technical innovation within design practice—developing tools, processes, and training programs that empower teams to perform at their highest potential.
He holds dual Associate of Applied Science degrees in Computer-Aided Drafting & Design (CADD) and Business, and continues to expand his technical proficiency through ongoing professional development, including Autodesk University Advanced CAD training.
At Modulus, Chris applies his deep technical knowledge and design acumen to create precise, efficient, and innovative solutions that strengthen the firm’s architectural and land use planning excellence.
Originally from Texas, Chris relocated to New Mexico seeking a new chapter both personally and professionally—and quickly fell in love with the Land of Enchantment. The state’s breathtaking landscapes, culture, and sense of community have deeply inspired his work and creativity. He now proudly calls New Mexico home, channeling that inspiration into every project he contributes to at Modulus.
